General Director of “Association of Kazakhstan Freight Rail Carriers” Self-Regulatory Organization ALE

Evgeny Andreevich graduated from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (Moscow/St. Petersburg) with honors, majoring  in law.  He studied at the Department of European Law of the Law Faculty of the University of Dresden (Dresden, Germany). Trained in the UK, Denmark, Germany, Australia. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Speaks English and German.

Previously, Evgeny Andreevich held senior positions in leading commercial companies in the field of railway transportation, acted as the Deputy Executive Director in the Republican Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises. 

He also served as Member of the Board – Deputy Chairman of the Board of the “Atameken” National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan LLP.

Evgeny Andreevich has received a number of state, industry and departmental awards: 

• “20 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan” anniversary medal;

• “Enbek danky” III degree award pin for assistance in development of metallurgical industry;

• “Atameken” II degree award pin for development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• Diploma of Merit of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the RK for contribution to development of mining and metallurgical industry of Kazakhstan;

• Diploma of Merit of the Republic of Kazakhstan for merits in state and social activities, major contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of the country, strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples; 

• “Enbek danky” II degree award pin for contribution to industry development;

• Diploma of Merit of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan for worthy contribution to strengthening the unity of the people of Kazakhstan, public harmony and Kazakhstani patriotism;

• Letter of appreciation for the contribution and active participation in the work of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Security Council on Economic Security.
